Dr. McConnell and her staff were all very gracious. Dr. McConnell really took her time with me and offered suggestions to improve my situation. She suggested her office followup with me in a month. They seem to go out of their way to communicate & keep in touch. My experience with Dr. McConnell & staff was wonderful.
